Rev. Eliza Tweedy
The Rev. Eliza Tweedy has been serving the Congregational Church of Laconia since February, 2024. Prior to that, she served churches in Rochester, NH and Sharon, MA.
Eliza has a passion for creative worship that includes diverse voices and perspectives. She believes that when we create spaces in which our varied experiences and stories can be valued and incorporated into community, we get closer to the kin-dom that Jesus talked about so often. This includes narratives that center LGBTQIA, neurodiverse, and disabled perspectives, as well as from those in the recovery and unhoused communities.
In her spare time, Eliza likes to knit, garden, and spend time with her spouse and their three children.
