Organist and Choir Director, Bob Bengtson’s musical training began with the piano, clarinet and trombone in elementary school.  A church organist since high school, his formal studies began with Helen Stone; culminating with both the Bachelor and Master of Music Degrees from the Hartt School of Music, University of Hartford.  His teachers at Hartt included John Holtz as well as Harmon Lewis and Leonard Raver.  For ten years, Bob was with the Austin Organ Company of Hartford, Connecticut, and for twenty years he served as Director of Camp Mowglis on Newfound Lake in Hebron, New Hampshire where he is now the Director Emeritus.
