Karen McDowell is our new Communications Associate. In her role, Karen updates News Blast! and Tower Tidings. She also greets people visiting and calling the church office and assists with the medical supply room.
Karen and her family have made the Lakes Region their home since 2005. She has a BS in Mass Communications from Emerson College and a professional background in journalism, public relations, and marketing. Most recently, Karen worked at Lakes Region Community Services and Community Support Network, Inc. Both non-profit agencies play vital roles in New Hampshire’s Developmental Services system.
In their spare time, Karen and her family enjoy visiting the Gilford Town Beach, watching movies and relaxing by the campfire with their neighbors.
